为科学准确地评价我国海运物流企业的绩效，选取了13家上市的海运物流企业，采用因子分析方法对公布的财务数据进行简化，从海运物流企业的偿债能力、经营发展能力、盈利能力、资本结构、未来发展方面构建了海运物流企业绩效评价指标体系，运用数据包络分析方法对海运物流企业绩效情况进行了实证分析，建立了投入产出的DEA模型，以此得出海运物流企业管理绩效评价值和前沿面图，结合评价结果和企业实际运营情况，证实了这种方法对海运物流企业绩效研究有较好的应用价值。%In order to evaluate the maritime logistics enterprise performance in china scientifically and accurately , this paper selects 13 listed mari-time logistics enterprises , simplifies the published financial data by the factor analysis method and builds the maritime logistics enterprises perform-ance evaluation index system from the solvency of maritime logistics enterprises, the development capabilities, the profitability, the capital structure and the future developments.It analyzes the maritime logistics enterprises performance using the data envelopment analysis method , gives the input-output DEA model, draws the maritime logistics enterprise management performance evaluation results .Finally, the practicalities are proved by the comprehensive evaluation results and the actual operating conditions .
