This paper aims to reflect on research methods of enterprise anthropology through the comparison between the Haw-thorne experiments and the Manchester shop floor studies, and further tries to look into the ethics and approaches of enterprise anthropology studies in response to the drastic social changes.%通过对企业人类学的两项经典研究---20世纪30年代的霍桑试验和20世纪50年代的曼城工厂研究---进行比较分析,我们可以尝试反思企业人类学的研究方法,并探寻在全球化情境下,为了应对社会的急剧变迁,企业人类学研究的职业道德和分析路径。
