职业成功对离职倾向的影响研究——中庸思想的调节作用

         

摘要

Combined with Chinese culture and social context, the purpose of this article is to study the internal mechanism of the impact of career success on demission intention and to explore the moderating effect of the the golden mean between them.Based on the micro survey data, a hierarchical regression analysis model was established.It shows that career success has a significant negative impact on turnover intention, in the relationship between career success and turnover intention, the golden mean has a significant positive moderating effect.According to the above research conclusions, we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to reduce staff demission rate.%研究职业成功对离职倾向影响的内在机理,结合中国文化和社会情境,探讨中庸思想对两者关系的调节效应.基于微观调查数据,建立层级回归分析模型研究后发现:职业成功对离职倾向具有显著负向影响;中庸思想在职业成功与离职倾向间起显著正向调节作用.企业可根据此研究结论,提出降低员工离职率的对策建议.
