薄层色谱法评价不同产地解毒草的品质

摘要

【目的】建立评价解毒草(Onychiumjaponicum (Thunb.)kunze var.Japonicum)薄层色谱分析方法。【方法】以有效成分菊苣酸为指标，以石油醚-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(3：6：1)为展开剂，建立解毒草的专属性薄层色谱，并评价10个不同产地解毒草的品质。【结果】不同产地解毒草药材与对照色谱在相应位置上，显相同颜色的斑点，且斑点清晰，比移值(Rf)为0.66。【结论】薄层色谱法能够有效对解毒草进行鉴别，且该方法简便、准确，具有较好的适应性。%Objective ] To establish a TLC method for the identification of Onychiumjaponicum (Thunb.)kunze var.j aponicum.[Methods]Chicoric acid used as indica-tors and petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-formic acid(3:6:1 )used as developing agent.[Re-sults]The same color spots were shown in the corresponding position of the Onychiumjaponicum (Thunb.)kunze var.j aponicum from different origin,and the spots were clear.The Rf index was 0.66.[Conclusion]The TLC method is effective for the identifi-cation of the Onychiumjaponicum (Thunb.)kunze var.j aponicum,and it is simple and reli-able.
