Under the circumstance of course homogeneity, skill level of English major students in vocational colleges is greatly restricted by the quality of skill training, which at the same time decides the features of running English major. While the latter is mainly dominated by whether there is a workable skill training system and whether the correlation between influential factors is optimized. Starting from the perspective of employability, this paper, based on small sample analysis, looks into the nature of skill training for English majors of vocational colleges. It discusses the need, probability, principles and approaches of setting up a three-dimensional network training system with the characteristics of “one core, two points, three dimensions, four abilities”.%在课程开设同质化背景下,实训教学的质量制约着高职英语专业学生的技能水平的高低,同时决定了办学特色,而实训教学质量的高低又取决于实训教学是否成体系、是否得到优化。研究以可雇用性为出发点,基于小样本分析,考察高职英语专业技能培养的着力点,探讨构建“一个核心,两个基点,三象维度,四种能力”立体网络化实训体系的必要性和可能性,以及构建的原则、思路和途径。
