摘要:流溪河灌区建成以来,为广州市工农业发展发挥了巨大作用。但随着现代化技术的飞速发展,长期以来沿用的管理手段明显落后于当今社会、经济的发展,已与现代化灌区的管理要求不相适应。在水利行业越来越重视信息化建设的今天,如何基于“以水利信息化带动水利现代化”的发展思路,把基础薄弱的流溪河灌区信息化管理提升到一个全新的高度,为灌区用水监测及调度提供科学手段是当今亟需探讨和解决的问题。对此,根据流溪河灌区的实际情况,提出一个基于全局考虑的大系统框架,并对其中的关键技术难点进行剖析,以期在今后建设中对其予以重视,以信息化带动流溪河灌区实现管理的现代化。%Since the completion of Liuxi River irrigation district, it has played a huge role in the development of industry and agriculture of Guangzhou. But with the rapid development of modern technology, long used management methods have lagged behind the social and economic development. Obviously, it is not suitable for modern district irrigation management. As the water conservancy industry pays more and more attention to information building today, based on the development ideas“modernization of water conservancy promoted by water conservancy informationization”, Liuxi River irrigation information management, which has a weak foundation, should be promoted to a new level, so that it can provide scientific methods for irrigation monitoring and scheduling. However, this problem still needs to be discussed and solved. According to the actual situation of Liuxi River irrigation area, this paper proposes a system framework based on overall consideration, and the key technical difficulties which are briefly analyzed, in the hope that the attention will be attracted to in future construction process, and information technology can stimulate the modernization of Liuxi River irrigation district management.
