基于'工作要求-资源'模型的高职教师职业倦怠研究

         

摘要

Use burnout questionnaire amended by OLBI which revised by Demerouti (Oldenburg Burnout Inventory, 2003)+ we investigated 240 higher vocational teachers from Guangzhou.The conclusion is that occupational burnout is widespread and serious in higher vocational teachers.The establishment categories and?academic diplomas are influential factors that affect occupational burnout, and the teachers' occupational burnout on the financial establishment and scholastic establishment is significantly higher than the workers' establishment, the teachers' occupational burnout who has a doctor or master degree is significantly higher than that who has College degree and below.Gender and professional?qualifications are not influential factors that affect occupational burnout.According to the findings, we provide Suggestions respectively from the aspects of society, school and individual for prevention and intervention of higher vocational teachers′ professional burnout.%运用修订的OLBI(Oldenburg Burnout Inventory,2003)职业倦怠问卷,通过对广州市某职业院校240名教师进行调查,得出结论:高职院校教师普遍存在比较严重的职业倦怠情况;编制类别和学历是影响职业倦怠的因素,财政编制和学校编制的老师职业倦怠情况显著高于工人编制的教师,拥有博士和硕士学位的教师,显著高于大专及以下学历的教师;性别和职称不是影响职业倦怠的因素.根据调查结论,分别从学校管理、个人认知和社会认知层面为预防和干预高职教师职业倦怠提供对策建议.
