全日制专业学位研究生培养及对其就业能力影响的研究--基于5所重点高校的问卷调查

摘要

对5所重点高校全日制专业学位研究生调查显示：专业学位不是学生的首要选择；导师对学术型和专业型硕士的培养区分不够；实践性课程设置与实际工作需求脱节严重。对影响就业竞争力的因素进行因子分析和回归分析，提出为提高培养质量，应重视培养教学和实习实践。%An investigation of full-time professional master’s students at five selected key universities indicates:a professional degree is not the first choice for most students;there is not a sufficient distinction between professionally-oriented and academi-cally-oriented training;and practical courses do not fully meet the needs for employment.Results of factor analysis and regres-sion analysis of the factors affecting the employment competitiveness suggest that in order to improve the quality of education, teaching and practice should be further strengthened.
