对甘肃省高校青年教师岗前培训教育的认识与思考

摘要

笔者通过接受甘肃省2008年高校青年教师岗前培训教育以及相关的资料查阅，发现甘肃省现阶段实行的高校青年教师岗前培训教育比较科学合理，但同时也存在着某些不足．为此作者提出自己关于高校青年教师岗前培训教育的几点看法．%By the author has been educated in Gansu province high education trance center and search some materials, he has realized that the trance education of university teachers at present is scientific and rational, but there are some faults at the same time. So author put forward his own several points of view about the trance education of university teachers.
