近十年我国服刑人员心理健康状况的元分析

摘要

采用元分析( Meta-analysis)技术对近10年发表的涉及我国服刑人员SCL-90测查数据的文献进行了统计再分析，结果显示我国服刑人员心理健康状况普遍较差，男性服刑人员心理健康水平显著低于女性心理健康水平，社区服刑人员心理健康状况要优于监狱服刑人员。服刑人员的心理健康状况没有显著的地理差异，除了在“躯体化”和“强迫症状”两个因子上表现出轻微恶化的迹象外，近10年来总体而言较为平稳。%At present, many research works focus on the SCL -90 data of Chinese prisoners in almost ten years, and after doing a statistical analysis of these works with the meta-analysis technology, we have got the re-sult that serious mental health problems exist in most prisoners. Generally speaking, the mental health status of the female is less worse than that of the male, and the same happens between the community inmates' and the prisoners in jail. Besides, the result shows that there are no significant geographical differences in the mental health status of the prisoners, and the prisoners' mental health status remain relatively stable over the past decade with the exception of slight deterioration in "somatization" and "coercion".
