价值理性与终极关怀：我国高等教育质量管理的价值探求

摘要

Higher education quality evaluation and management, reflected the people of a certain social historical condi-tions of education value choice. Quality evaluation for higher education reform and development and management, should adhere to the basic value rationality and ultimate concern;not only limited to the instrumental rationality, including internal quality culture and quality management . Based on rational value and the ultimate concern of higher education quality man-agement,to uphold the higher education is to the people,the culture of,is to the ethics and social responsibility of the pluralistic value guidance.%高等教育质量评价及管理，所反映的是人们对一定社会历史条件下的教育价值选择。关乎高等教育改革与发展大局的质量评价及管理，应秉持其根本的价值理性与终极关怀；不能仅仅限于工具理性层面，还应包括质量文化与质量价值等内在要素是高等教育质量管理的内在诉求。基于价值理性与终极关怀的高等教育质量，要有高等教育之于人、文化、社会责任伦理的多维视界。
