主要采用调查法和访谈法,选取湖南省幼儿园转岗教师培训进行调研,对参训的幼儿园转岗教师发放培训效果调查问卷,并对部分学员及所属幼儿园园长访谈,从培训反应、学习收获、行为变化、影响结果四个维度了解湖南省幼儿园转岗教师培训的实际效果,从学员个人因素、培训过程和幼儿园培训成果转化氛围三个方面分析了培训效果的影响因素,并提出了提高幼儿园转岗教师培训效果的建议。%This research mainly uses the method of questionnaire and interview. The researchers conducted a field-in-vestigation in four training institutions,which undertake the training program of convert-position teachers in Hunan kinder-gartens. We distributed questionnaires among the convert-position teachers of kindgartens and talked to some of them and their directors so as to compre hend the training effect in the four aspects of training reaction, learning harvest, action change and influence. Then we analyzes the influencing factors,including personal factors,training process and the atmo-sphere of training achievement transformation. Finally we put up with some suggestions on enhancing the training effect of convert-position teachers in Hunan kindgartens.
