In this research, the author has selected three prefecture-level cities from Sichuan province, which are Mianyang, Nanehong and Zigong. Kindergartens in those cities are run by five different organizations, which are educational department, public institutions, enterprises, towns and agencies. In this research, the author adopts the method of individual testing when investigating the current situation of infants＂ preparation on language before starting school. And the study＇s result proves that kindergartens run by different organizations make a wide diversity of infants＂ language preparation ; this diversity is closely related to the education concept of those who are in charge of the kindergarten and the degree of importance that the preschool teachers regard the infants＂ language preparation for primary school.
