乡村语文教师阅读能力获取途径

         

摘要

阅读是乡村语文教师提高语文素养、促进专业发展的有效途径。阅读能力的不断提升有助于乡村语文教师准确制定教学目标、正确选用教学方法和增强科研能力。乡村语文教师的阅读存在着阅读时间不够、缺乏阅读氛围、没有良好的阅读方式和阅读习惯、自我专业发展愿望不强烈等问题。解决这些问题而使乡村语文教师获取阅读能力的途径有增强职业情意,改进评价体系;挤出阅读时间,制定阅读计划;营造阅读氛围,创建阅读条件;选择阅读方式,形成阅读习惯。%Reading is an effective way for rural teachers'professional development.Improving the reading ability could accurately formulate the teaching goal,choose the teaching methods cor-rectly and strengthen the scientific research ability.However,teachers in rural area don't have e-nough reading time,they are lack of reading atmosphere and there isn't a good way of reading,al-so,their self professional development desire is not so strong.There are several approaches to help rural Chinese teachers acquire reading ability by enhancing teachers'professional cordiality,impro-ving evaluation system,getting more reading time,and making a reading plan etc.
