百多邦联合康复新液对低位肛瘘术后患者创面及肛门功能的影响分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mupirocin ointment combined with Kangfuxin liquid on wound healing and anorectal dynamics in postoperative treatment of patients with low anal fistula.Methods 160 patients with simple low anal fistula undergoing resection at Department of General Surgery in our hospital from May 2014 to November 2016 were recruited as study subjects.They were randomly assigned to treatment group (n =80,treated with mupirocin ointment combined with Kangfuxin Liquid) and control group (n =80,using conventional vaseline gauze).The effectiveness rate,pain visual analogue scale (VAS),wound healing and anal canal function before and 1 month after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate in the treatment group was 92.5％,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).1 month after treatment,the pain scores in both groups decreased significantly,and the pain score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).The wound healing time and the time of new epithelias in the treatment group were significandy shorter than those in the control group.Wound area reduction rate was significantly better in the treatment group than that in the control group.Postoperative wound secretions and wound edge edema scores were significant lower in the treatment group than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ALCT,AMCP,RRP and ARP between the two groups (all P ＞ 0.05).At the time of wound healed,ALCT and AMCP showed no significant between-group difference (P ＞ 0.05).RRP and ARP decreased significantly after treatment in both groups (P ＜ 0.05).RRP and ARP were significantly higher in the treatment group than that in control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Mupirocin ointment combined with Kangfuxin Liquid can promote wound healing,relieve pain and protect anal function in patients with simple low anal fistula receiving surgery.%目的 研究百多邦联合康复新液对低位肛瘘术后患者创面愈合及肛门功能的影响.方法 选取2014年5月至2016年11月本院普外科收治的160例低位单纯性肛瘘切除术后患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=80,予百多邦联合康复新液治疗)及对照组(n=80,采用常规凡士林纱条换药).比较两组治疗前及治疗1个月后疗效、创面疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、创面愈合情况及肛门功能情况.结果 研究组总有效率为92.5％,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗前,两组疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗1个月后,两组疼痛评分均显著下降,研究组疼痛评分显著低于对照组(均P＜ 0.05).研究组创面愈合时间及新生上皮出现时间均显著短于对照组,创面面积缩小率显著优于对照组,术后创面分泌物及创缘水肿评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).治疗前,两组ALCT、AMCP、RRP及ARP差异均无统计学意义(均P＞ 0.05).经治疗至切口愈合时,与治疗前相比,研究组和对照组ALCT、AMCP差异均无统计学意义(均P＞0.05),研究组与对照组RRP显著降低(均P＜ 0.05),研究组与对照组ARP显著降低(均P＜0.05),研究组RRP及ARP均显著高于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论 采用百多邦联合康复新液治疗单纯低位肛瘘术后患者可促进创面愈合,减轻疼痛及保护肛门功能.
