个性化教育在高校学生工作中的应用

个性化教育是一种先进的教育理念,在教学工作中应用较多,对培养创新型人才具有十分重要的意义.根据高校学生工作的特点及实践经验,将个性化教育的理念引入学生工作中,将其定义为个性化指导,并对其内涵、应用原则以及其意义进行了深入的剖析,为当代高校学生工作提供理论参考与依据.%Personalized education, as an advanced notion, is widely applied in teaching and is of much significance to the training of new talents. This paper introduces the notion into college student work, naming it personalized counseling. Based on practical experience, the article gives an in-depth look into the essence of personalized counseling, its applying principles and its significance in hopes of of-fering some theoretical basis for college student management.
