PURPOSE: A personally customized online advertisement based on a pedometer and a method for providing an exercise managing system are provided to automatically input walking pace information and conveniently manage exercise details, thereby enabling a user to systematically walk.;CONSTITUTION: A pedometer comprises the following units. A walking pace measurer(210) measures the times of walking. A clock unit(220) informs exercise measurement time while displaying the current time. A storage unit(230) stores the measured times of walking, weight information, advertisement information, and exercise information. A display unit(240) displays information about the times of walking, a clock, and an advertisement. A transceiver(250) is used as an I/O channel of data.
