营养支持对伴营养不良的肺结核并肺部感染者的疗效观察

摘要

目的 本研究旨在探讨营养支持与肺结核伴营养不良者并肺部感染治疗之间的关系.方法 对109例伴营养不良的肺结核并肺部感染者随机分组,其中52例在常规抗结核抗感染治疗同时加强营养支持,57例仅给予常规抗结核抗感染治疗为对照组.结果 营养支持组患者临床症状好转48例(占92.3％),与对照组患者临床症状好转39例(占68.4)对比差异具有统计学意义(P=0.006);营养支持组患者肺部病灶吸收33例(占63.5％),与对照组患者肺部病灶11例(占19.3％)对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);营养支持组患者感染控制有效48例(占92.3％),与对照组患者感染控制有效39例(占68.4％)对比差异具有统计学意义(P=0.002);营养支持组患者感染控制时间8.67±3.64天,与对照组患者感染控制时间13.94±5.04天对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 对伴营养不良的肺结核并肺部感染者行常规抗结核抗感染治疗同时予以营养支持可缩短患者肺部感染控制时间,提高感染治疗有效率.%Objective To examine the treatment effect of nutritional support for malnutrition pulmonary tu-berculosis patients with pulmonary infection. Methods 109 adult tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into two groups. 52 patients in the treatment group were given anti-tuberculosis and anti-infection with nutrition support, and the other 57 patients in the control group were given routine treatment. Conclusion Nutrition support can improve the treatment effect of malnutrition pulmonary tuberculosis patients with pulmonary infection, and shorten the time of infection control.
