通过收集教学督导评价数据,首先利用相关性分析来研究教师执教能力评价指标的构成,然后通过主成分分析的方法获得影响教师执教能力的主成分,以及各主成分构成的函数模型,并对它们做出合理解释。最后,借助各主成分的方差贡献率确定教师执教能力评价指标的权重系数,进而获得有效的评价模型。%Based on the data derived from teaching supervisor group in our university,the randomized sample method was first used to quantize the obtained data,then the independent sample was de-signed,and the frequency histogram and non-parameter hypothesis test technology were employed to analyze the statistical properties of the quantized data,finally,the analysis result of the teaching qual-ity level of our university was presented.
