基于粗糙集和群决策的高校教师科研能力评价模型研究

摘要

通过对相关研究的分析,提炼出反映高校教师科研能力和水平的主要指标,运用粗糙集和群决策特征根法构建出高校教师科研能力评价模型,对科研能力评价中的定性和定量要素进行综合评价,通过实证分析,验证模型的科学性和实用性.%Through the analysis of relevant research, this paper refines the key evaluation criterion reflecting the research ability of teachers in university, and builds the evaluation model of research ability of teachers in universities based on rough set and group eigenvalue, which synthetically evaluates the qualitative and quantitative elements in research ability. Through the empirical analysis, the paper fully verifies the science and practicability of the model.
