对网络删帖行为的法律规制--以口碑网站非法经营为例

摘要

In recent years, some websites have been engaged in the activity of“deleting posts from the internet” for illegal profit-making by using“Internet Public Opinion”. This belongs to the tort, which is also illegal. Faced with these problems, this paper takes the case IWOM as an example to analyze the manifestation, torts and the illegality of posts deletion from the internet and offer advice to the laws and regulations of posts deletion from the internet.%近年来，一些网站通过利用“网络舆情”以非法牟利为目的从事“网络删帖”业务，这种行为不仅是侵权行为，同时也是违法行为。针对以上问题，将以“口碑互动”案件为例，对网络删帖行为的表现形式，其侵权行为和违法行为进行分析，并对网络删帖行为的法律规制提出建议。
