In order to watch the illegality operation for the computer, reflecting the doubtful value which is shown from consecutive operation progress of the user which operates the computer it designates that it offers the illegitimate operation executive program which calculates illegitimate score as purpose. At the time of this inventing, when the illegitimate score which shows the probability of illegality operation concerning the object event is calculated, the doubtful value which corresponds to the level of the illegitimate score which was calculated (PSV) it sets. When the new event occurs in the next time, the operation the possibility of illegality by calculating the illegitimate score which reflects the differential time of PSV and the previous event which are set with the previous event the score which was calculated concerning the new event (field score) vis-a-vis, being high continuing, it is done when and, when the operation doubtful value being higher is repeated, in order for a higher score to be calculated as an illegitimate score it is constituted.
