PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect word-of-mouth information on the Internet about various services or facilities across sites, present the information in consideration of time series or submitters, to increase the reliability and efficiency of response to the word-of-mouth information.;SOLUTION: A word-of-mouth information management system 100 is configured to include a control part 104 which: extracts, out of data collected data obtained by giving an instruction to a search robot program, word-of-mouth information on the basis of a disposed position in a WEB page, and stores it in association with a writing time; transmits, when an authentication request received from a terminal is successful, a word-of-mouth information list in which word-of-mouth information and writing time, stored in relation to the company, are sorted in order of the writing time, a correspondence classification button for receiving settings and the like related to each word-of-mouth in the word-of-mouth information list, an instruction mail button, and a reply button to a terminal; sets a received processing status to the word-of-mouth information; transmits the display data to the terminal; and acquires specification to a person in charge of performing reply writing to the word-of-mouth information, or other such person, and various specifications to reports by the person in charge so as to perform management.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
