PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a word-of-mouth information management system, a word-of-mouth information management device, a word-of-mouth information management method, and a program, which can propagate information to information transmission media such as communication terminals with e-mail function effectively in multiple stages.;SOLUTION: The word-of-mouth information management system includes a word-of-mouth information management device 100 which prepares and distributes word-of-mouth information about contents of product service information provided by an information provider in such a way that a word-of-mouth provided person becomes a new word-of-mouth providing person so that the word-of-mouth information is newly forwarded, an information communication terminal 610 of the word-of-mouth providing person which receives word-of-mouth information and specifies a transfer destination for the word-of-mouth information, an information communication terminal 620 of the word-of-mouth being provided person which receives word-of-mouth information provided by the word-of-mouth providing person; and a connection communication network 300 via which the word-of-mouth information management device 100, the information communication terminal 610 of the word-of-mouth providing person, and the information communication terminal 620 of the word-of-mouth provided person are communicatively connected with each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
