元代儒学书院刻书繁盛原因探究

地方官刻是元代官刻的主体，多由各路儒学书院付梓印行，因此，各路、府、州、县儒学及书院刻印的书籍数量最大、质量最高，在出版事业中担当重要角色。各路儒学和书院刻书之所以如此繁盛，主要有政府的支持与重视、经费的保障、广泛的内容来源和固定的销售市场、质量精、速度快等五个方面的原因。%Local official engraving plays a dominant role in Yuan Dynasty and usually local Confucianism academies pay for it. Therefore, the books which are engraved by local governments with all levels have the biggest quantity and the highest quality. The reasons why local Confucianism academies have an important role depend on governmental attention, financial support, abundant information resources and stable sales market, fine quality and rapid engraving speed.
