PURPOSE:To easily specify the cause of the electromagnetic hindrance by measuring the inner and surrounding electromagnetic environment of an electronic device, and recording the data regarding electromagnetic hindrance waves together with the detection time in buffer memories as appropriate. CONSTITUTION:A sensor 3 detects electromagnetic hindrance waves propagated in the space, conducting hindrance waves propagated on the communication line and power line of an electronic device 1 and the noise voltage induced in the internal circuit of the device 1 and send them to a measurement section 4. Measured data regarding the electromagnetic hindrance waves are formed in the measurement section 4 and sent to buffer memories 8-n together with detection time data. A hindrance detecting device 9 detects the hindrance generated in the device 1 and sends an alarm signal to an analyzing device section 10. The device section 10 selects only the portions with the preset level or above among the data in the memories 8-n and sends them to a nonvolatile memory 11 after compression.
