教师教学智慧研究文献综述

     

摘要

随着新课程改革的全面推广,教育开始关注和尊重学生在认知方式、学习方式、思维方式等各方面所表现出来的个性化与多样性特征,这也使得现代课堂形态发生了翻天覆地的变化。在此背景下,技术理性支配下的教学活动越来越难以找到生存的土壤,以实践性和情境性为特征的教学智慧受到教育专家和一线教师的关注,并逐渐成为研究的重点。然而,教学智慧本身的复杂性导致了其研究产生了多种路向,对教学智慧现有研究进行综述分析有利于研究的进一步深入和发展。%As the new curriculum reform,people begin to pay attention to and respect the individuation and diversification of students in the cognitive style,learning style,way of thinking and other aspects which also makes the modern classroom change a lot.Under this background,the teaching activities under the control of technical rationality survive increasingly difficultly.The teaching wisdom in practice and situational characteristics has appealed to education experts and teachers,and gradually become the focus of the study.However,due to its complexity,the researches of teaching wisdom have produced a variety of ways.Literature review on researches of teaching wisdom is useful for its further research and development.
