In order to establish the rapid detection of geographical indications rice and better maintain the brand benefits of local famous rice,the geographical indications of rice in three main rice-producing areas of Heilongjiang Province were analyzed by near-infrared spectroscopy combined with qualitative analysis (differential analysis and cluster analysis)and partial least squares (PLS).Results indicated that discriminant analysis model showed a prediction accuracy rate of 100% for Jiansanjiang and Wuchang area,and a prediction accuracy rate of 95.83% for Xiangshui area;and the discriminant rate for Wuchang and Xiangshui area was 100%,and that for Jiansanjiang area was 95.83%.The quantitative analysis model established by PLS showed that the precision accuracy rates of Jiansanjiang,Wuchang and Xiangshu were 95.83%,100% and 95.83%,respectively.Through the identification and test results,near infrared spectroscopy could be used to protect the geographical indications of rice in Heilongjiang Province,and the correct rate of prediction was more than 95%.%为建立地理标志大米的快速检测技术,更好地维护地方名优大米品牌效益,利用近红外光谱技术结合定性分析(鉴别分析和聚类分析)和偏最小二乘法(PLS)对黑龙江省3个水稻主产区的地理标志大米进行产地溯源研究.结果表明:运用鉴别分析和聚类分析建立的模型对建三江、五常地域预测正确率为100%,响水地域预测正确率为95.83%:五常、响水地域判别正确率为100%,建三江地域判别正确率为95.83%.采用PLS建立定量分析模型对建三江、五常、响水三个地域的预测正确率分别为95.83%、100%、95.83%.通过鉴定及检测结果可知利用近红外光谱技术可对黑龙江地理标志大米进行产地保护,且产地预测正确率达95%以上.
