员工绩效内在影响因素研究--以石油行业为例

             

摘要

利用结构方程模型,基于石油行业员工的224份调研问卷,探究石油行业员工绩效内在影响因素。结果显示:工作态度、工作满意度、综合能力是影响石油行业员工绩效的三个主要内在因素,效应系数分别为0.796、0.663和0.651。积极工作态度的培养主要依赖于工作满意度的提升,效应系数为0.833。对于石油行业而言,工作动机对员工绩效的影响作用并不明显,这点有悖于以往的研究结果,值得进一步讨论。%Based on the survey questionnaires of 244 oil workers, structural equation model was built to explore internal factors which influence employee performance of oil industry. The results show that the three main internal factors are work attitude, job satisfaction and ability, and the effect coefficients are 0. 796, 0. 663 and 0. 651 respectively. The cultivation of a positive work attitude is mainly dependent on the enhancement of job satisfaction, and the effect coefficient is 0. 833. For oil industry, however, the influence of motivation to work on employee performance is not obvious. This is contrary to previous studies and deserves further discussion.
