目的 检测基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在GIST中的表达及其与临床病理行为的关系.方法 收集124例GIST标本,用组织芯片和免疫组织化学法检测MMP-2,MMP-9表达.结果 在124例GIST中,MMP-2阳性表达81例(65.3%);MMP-9阳性表达74例(59.7%);其表达与GIST侵袭转移、NIH分级、黏膜受侵有相关性,二者之间呈正相关(r=0.716,P<0.05).结论 MMP-2,MMP-9在GIST组织中高表达,这为揭示GIST的发生发展提供了新的理论依据.%Objective To investigate the expression and it's significance of MMP-2,MMP-9 in human GIST. Methods 124 GIST specimens and their normal counterparts were used to detect protein expression of MMP-2,MMP-9. Result The positive expression of MMP-2 was seen in 81 cases of 124 cases of GIST (65.3%);the positive expression of MMP-9 was seen in 74 cases of 124 cases of human GIST (59.7%). The expression was closely related to NIH classification,mucosal invasion and metastasis. The positive correlation was observed in the 3 genes. Conclusion The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 was up-regulated in GIST and they might play an important role in the genesis and development of GIST.
