Using the methods of literature research,classroom observation,expert interview and logical analysis,the present paper analyzes,from the perspective of sports education function and value,the lack of awareness,a-bility,character,study method and educational content in PE courses,and explores the reasons for the lack from the aspects of standard,democracy,quality and core quality. The aim is to provide theoretical reference for the sustainable development and quality improvement of physical education.%本文运用文献研究、课堂观察、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,从体育教育的功能价值切入,剖析体育课程中意识、能力、品德、学法等教育内容缺失问题,并从本位论、民主性、质量观、核心素养探寻其缺失的根源。以期为体育教育的可持续发展和体育教学质量提升提供理论参考与方法借鉴。
