PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an educational contents distribution control device to easily conduct distribution of educational contents which has useful functions for both customers and contents generating agencies.;SOLUTION: This device is provided with a registration part 2 to register contents in a contents distribution server 12, a customer identification information storage part 3 to store customer identification information, a search and notification part 4 to search for contents in accordance with a request from a customer terminal 11, and notify information as result of searching to the customer terminal, a certification part 5 to receive a request for distribution of contents from the customer terminal 11, and certify the distribution of contents, a charging part 7 to charge fees for use of contents distributed from the contents distribution server 12 to the customer terminal 11, a copyright protecting part 7 to apply a copyright protective process to the contents, a contents evaluation input/output part 8 to receive evaluation information related to evaluation of the contents to be sent to the contents distribution server 12, and a request input/output part 9 to receive request information related to contents of which formation is desired by customers to be sent to the contents distribution server 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
