In 1922 Chen Nanshi,Zhou Zuoren and Zheng Zhenduo translated five poems of Percy Bysshe Shelley,marking the coming back of translating Shelley's poetry after the new literature revolu-tion. After a detailed descriptive study,the translational norms of those translation activities can be re-constructed as follows:as to the initial norm,translations show both acceptability and adequacy at once;about the preliminary norm the original texts choosing is decided by both literary functionalism and poetic considerations,and as far as the operational norm is concerned,though sharing the same free verse form, five translations differ dramatically in the structure and language,with the emerging of the style of Euro-pean poetry. All of these are jointly determined by the literary background,the influence of different lit-erary thoughts and various views on poetry translating.%陈南士、周作人和郑振铎同于1922年发表了五首雪莱译诗。在描写翻译学框架内对该翻译事件的描写性分析,再现了当时制约翻译的社会文化因素,重建翻译常规如下:初始常规层面,译诗出现了倾向目的语和源语的两极分化;基本常规层面,翻译选材方面的文学功利性和诗学影响性平分秋色;操作规范层面,诗译篇章结构和语言风格大相径庭,欧化语言崭露头角。这和当时我国新诗旧已破、新未立的背景、西方文艺思潮的影响、译者诗歌翻译观密切相关。
