医护人员综合性心理干预的效果及对患者满意度的影响研究

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on the medical personnel and patients'satisfaction .Methods A total of 327 medical and nursing staffs in the first-line clinical departments of a general hospital were selected from the whole group .50 people were selected out of those with the SDS and SAS scale scores above the normal value and divided into the intervention group and control group ,and each group consisted of 25 people .The 12-week psychological intervention was given to the intervention objects by the methods of comprehensive psychological intervention including the group psychotherapy ,hypnotic relaxation therapy ,individual psychotherapy ,etc .Then the questionnaire was conducted by using SDS ,SAS and the self-made scale of patients'satisfaction .Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the intervention group were significantly different between before and after intervention (P<0.05) ,while there were no significant differences in the control group (P>0.05) .The patients'satisfaction in the intervention group was improved significantly after intervention (P<0.05) ,while there were no significant improvement in the control group .Conclusion The comprehensive psychological intervention improved medical personnel's mental health and patients'satisfaction .%目的 通过对医护人员进行综合性心理干预,评估干预的效果,以及患者对医护人员满意度的影响.方法 取某综合医院一线临床科室医护人员327例,从SDS、SAS量表得分超过正常值的人群中按得分较高的选取50人,随机分入干预组和对照组,每组25人.采用综合性心理干预,包括团体心理治疗,催眠放松治疗,个体心理治疗等方法对干预对象实施为期12周的心理干预,使用抑郁自评量表(self rating depression scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)及自编患者满意度量表进行问卷调查.结果 干预组医护人员干预前后SAS/SDS得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组医护人员干预前后SAS/SDS得分进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组经过干预后,患者对其满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组干预前后患者满意度得分进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 综合性心理干预提高了医护人员的心理健康水平,同时提高了患者对其满意度.
