AMPS-1D mode was used to analyze the influences of the window materials on the performance of p-i-n Microcrystalline silicon solar cells. When the mobility band gap (Eμ)is 1.6eV, the performances of solar cells were optimum, 7.309% of a conversion.efficiency has been achieved.%本文运用AMPS-1D软件模拟仿真了P型微晶硅窗口层材料对pin型太阳电池性能的影响。结果表明,太阳电池的性能随窗口层材料带隙的变化而变化。当带隙Elx=1.6eV时电池性能最佳,获得了7.309%的高效率。
