教师教育专业特色凝练与培养模式创新的实践研究

         

摘要

高等院校教师教育专业具有师范性、定向性、实践性、技能性和综合性等突出的专业特性,实践取向是教师教育专业办学的基本取向,实践教学则是教师教育最重要的课程内容之一和最有效的培养手段。因此教师教育创新的关键在于教学方式的创新——特别是实践教学模式的创新。%The major of teacher education in colleges and universities centers on specialty characteristics such as pedagogical skills, orientation, practicality, being skill-based and comprehensiveness. The practice orientation is the basic orientation of constructing the major of teacher education. And the practical teaching is one of the most important curriculum contents and the most effective means of training. Therefore, the key to the innovation in teacher education lies in innovating the teaching methods, especially in the practice teaching mode.
