The influence factor of college teachers and students' interactions is analyzed,and its training strategy is put forward based on the discussion on the influence of teachers and students' sense of competence so that their relationship can be improved.%本文分析了高校师生交往的影响因素,在探讨师生交往效能感对高校师生交往的作用的基础上,提出了其培养策略,以改进高校师生关系。
