香港学前教育的现状与启示*--参加“中国西部学前教育教师交流计划”考察报告

摘要

Invited by World Nursery Education Union-Hong Kong Branch ,we presented a communication activity of“preschool education teacher exchange plan of China West ” in Hong Kong ,and had a initiative comprehension to the poli-cy,lessons and teaching condition of preschool education in Hong Kong .Especially the government emphasizes the manage-ment of preschool education;space is utilized sufficiently to construct education environment;the improvement of preschool teachers'subject quality and level is paid attention;the study of “biliterate and trilingual” is paid attention and some details are worth to drawing and studying for the developing preschool education in China West .%在世界幼儿教育联合会---香港分会的邀请下，我们参加了“中国西部学前教育教师交流计划”赴香港的考察交流活动，对香港学前教育的政策、课程、师资等状况有了初步的了解。尤其是政府对学前教育管理的重视，充分利用空间创设教育环境；重视学前教师专业素质、专业水平的提高；重视“两文三语”的学习等具体做法值得发展中的西部学前教育借鉴与学习。
