超声引导下经皮硬化治疗淋巴管畸形10例疗效分析

摘要

目的:观察超声引导下经皮硬化治疗淋巴管畸形的疗效,探讨其临床实用价值.方法:对10例临床诊断为淋巴管畸形并经超声与磁共振检查确定病变类型、范围、大小的患者行超声引导下经皮硬化治疗.结果:治愈8例,有效2例.无过敏、局部溃破、肺纤维化等并发症发生.结论:超声引导下经皮硬化治疗淋巴管畸形,操作简单,定位准确,使损伤最小化,可避免或减少并发症的发生,提高疗效.%Objective:To investigate the effect and clinical applicable value of percutaneous sclerotherapy guided by ultrasound for lymphatic malformations. Methods: Ten cases of lymphatic malformations were treated with percutaneous sclerosis therapy guided by ultrasound, which the style, location and size were identified by ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging. Results: The lesion in 8 patients were complete disappearance, 2 were obviously improved, which required a second of third therapy, the lesion were complete disappearance too. No allergy,no local ulceration and pulmonary fibrosis complications. Conclusions:Percutaneous sclerotherapy guided by ultrasound is accurate, minimally invasive, safe, and reliable for lymphatic malformations in body surface, which may avoid or decrease the happening of complications.
