案例式教学法在医学影像学教学中的应用

             

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the application value of case-based Leaching method in medical imaging. Methods:Case-based Leaching method was implemented in medical imaging curriculum among clinical sLudenLs. The Leaching effects were evaluated by sLage lest and questionnaire. Medical sLudenLs were randomly divided into observation and conLrol group. The observation and conLrol group were LaughL by case-based Leaching and Lraditional mukimedia Leaching, respectively. Results:The learning inLeresL and abiliLy of problem solving, Lhinking, memory and summary and combining clinic of observation group were moLivaLed and improved, which was beLLer than Lhose in conLrol group( P < 0. 01 Lo P < 0. 05 ) . The scores of Lheory lest,reading film and questionnaire of observation group were significanLly beLLer than Lhose in conLrol group( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusions:Case-based Leaching method has an obvious advanLage over Lraditional mukimedia Leaching in medical imaging curriculum, but Lhe case selection and teaching effect evaluation are need to further improve and perfect.%目的:评价案例式教学法在医学影像学教学中的应用价值.方法:在临床医学专业的医学影像学课程中开展案例式教学法实践,并通过阶段性章节测试及调查问卷评估案例式教学法的教学效果.观察组学生采用案例式教学法教学,对照组学生采用传统的多媒体教学法教学.结果:观察组学生在医学影像学课程教学中对激发学习兴趣、提高分析解决问题能力、提高思考能力、记忆归纳能力及联系临床能力等满意率高于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01);观察组学生理论测试成绩、读片成绩及调查问卷结果均明显优于对照组学生(P<0.05).结论:案例式教学法在医学影像学教学中应用明显优于单纯应用多媒体教学方式,但在案例选择、教学效果评价等方面还需进一步改进和完善.
