Objective:To investigate the effects of mycophenolate mofetil combined with Ginkgo dipyridolum injection in the treatment of refractory nephropathy syndrome. Methods:Ninety-one patients with refractory nephropathy syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group(n=46) and control group(n=45) according to random number table. Two groups were treated with routine method at admission. The control group was treated with mycophenolate mofetil,and the observation group was additionally treated with Ginkgo dipyridolum injection on the basis of control group for 12 months. The clinical efficacy between two groups was compared. The levels of urine protein,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and transforming growth factor-β before and after treatment,and adverse reaction during treatment course in two groups were observed. Results:The total effective rate in observation group(82. 61％) was significantly higher than that in control group(62. 22％) (P <0. 01). After treatment,the levels of urine protein,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and transforming growth factor-β in two groups significantly decreased(P<0. 01),which in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P <0. 01). There was not serious adverse reaction during the treatment course. Conclusions:Mycophenolate mofetil combined with Ginkgo dipyridolum injection can significantly decrease the levels of urine protein,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and transforming growth factor-β,and improve the renal function in patients with refractory nephropathy syndrome,which is effective, safe and reliable.%目的:探讨吗替麦考酚酯联合银杏达莫注射液治疗难治性肾病综合征的效果.方法:难治性肾病综合征病人91例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组46例与对照组45例.2组病人均于入院后采用常规治疗.对照组采用吗替麦考酚酯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合银杏达莫注射液治疗.2组疗程均为12周.观察2组治疗前后尿蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、转化生长因子β水平变化及用药期间不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组总有效率(82.61％)明显高于对照组(62.22％)(P<0.01);2组尿蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐及血清转化生长因子β治疗后均明显降低(P<0.01),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.01);2组均未见严重不良反应.结论:吗替麦考酚酯联合银杏达莫注射液可明显降低难治性肾病综合征病人尿蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐及血清转化生长因子β水平,改善病人肾功能,疗效显著,安全可靠.
