高职人力资源管理专业调研报告——侧重于HR人才培养供给侧研究

摘要

人力资源管理专业近年来出现招生与就业的良好发展态势.高职人力资源管理专业人才培养是该领域人才供给的重要组成部分.从高职院校本身及毕业生和用人企业调查的结果来看,总体上对目前专业人才培养具有较高的满意度,但仍需要在实训实践建设、师资队伍建设、课程建设等方面加以改进.%The good development trend of enrolment and employment in Human Resources Management major has been shown in recent years. HR major education in vocational colleges is an important component of talents supply in this field. According to the survey result of vocational colleges, graduates as well as employers, the present HR major cultivation is satisfactory generally. However, some aspects still need improvement like training, practice, teaching team construction and curriculum construction.
