高职院校'双师型'教师胜任力模型研究

     

摘要

本研究结合新时代高职院校"双师型"教师胜任力要求,采用因子分析法提炼出高职院校"双师型"教师胜任力要素,进一步构建高职院校"双师型"教师胜任力模型;该模型为高职院校在教师的招聘与录用、员工培训与晋升、绩效与薪酬管理、人力战略与规划等方面提供了一种理论探索,从而为建设高职院校高质量的"双师型"教师队伍提供参考.%According to the requirement of "double-qualified"teachers' competence in the new era, this research abstracts out the factors of "double-qualified"teachers' competence in higher vocational colleges by factor analysis, and further constructs the model of"double-qualified" teachers'competence in higher vocational colleges. The model provides a theoretical exploration for the recruitment of teachers, staff training and promotion, performance and salary management, manpower strategy and planning. Besides, it also provides a reference for the construction of high-quality"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges.
