陕西宝鸡是周秦文化发祥地，在这块土地上周人创造了以德治为核心的信念伦理体系，秦人创造了以法治为核心的责任伦理体系。传承周秦伦理文化优良传统，对大学生进行传统美德教育是大学教育义不容辞的义务。宝鸡文理学院周秦伦理文化与现代道德价值研究中心是陕西省教育厅2005年首批立项建设的陕西高校哲学社会科学重点研究基地之一。基地建立以来，取得了一批重要成果，在校内外产生了很大反响，在国内外获得了一定的学术声誉。同时，用周秦伦理文化的精髓与有益营养对大学生进行传统美德教育，取得了公认的良好效果，曾受到教育部本科教学水平评估专家的一致认可与肯定。%Baoji,Shaanxi,is the birthplace of Zhou Qin culture.People in Zhou created belief sys-tem focused on the virtue ethics,and Qin people created ethical responsibility system focused on the rule of law.Inheriting the excellent traditional ethical culture of Zhou and Qin Dynasties,college students should carry on the compulsory virtue education.Research Center of Zhou Qin ethics culture and modern moral value,Baoji University of Arts and Sciences,is one of the key research bases of philosophy and social sciences in universities of Shaanxi province,with the first batch of project con-struction in 2005.Since then we achieved a number of important results,which caused a great echo in the school,obtaining a certain academic reputation both at home and abroad.At the same time, teaching students with the essence and beneficial nutrients of the ethical culture in Zhou and Qin Dy-nasties,we have achieved good result,which was acknowledged,and unanimously approved by ex-perts from the panel of undergraduate teaching assessment from the Ministry of Education.
