中学英语教师专业发展与反思性教学

         

摘要

Teacher Research for middle school English teachers professional development and impro- ving English teaching efficiency is crucial. However, high school English teachers, as the actual operator in a classroom teaching, hold the first hand teaching data, but due to the lack of professional theory knowledge and the research methods of training, cannot become the main role of teaching and research. Its main function is to accept and practise the others' research and discovery. This article aims to investigate Guizhou urban and rural middle school English teachers'professional development and reflective teaching, improve teachers ' research ability, and promote the professional development of teachers, improve the mid- dle school English teaching.%教师自主研究对中学英语教师的专业发展及提高英语教学的效能至关重要。文章针对贵州城乡中学英语教师专业发展状况,对反思性教学——教师自主研究进行探讨,以提高教师自主研究能力,促进其专业发展,提高中学英语教学质量。
