五河野生大豆油脂肪酸组成的GC/MS分析

     

摘要

The aim was to study fatty acids composition in Wuhe glycine soja oil, promote developing high quality soybean breeding, research soybean idioplasm resource, and provide the basis for better development and utiliza- tion of wild soybean oil. Oil was extracted from Wuhe glycine soja oil through soxhlet extraction method and its fatty acid composition was analyzed by gas chromatography--mass spectroscopy( GC/MS). The result showed that 13 fatty acids were detected in this oil. Among them,the content of unsaturated fatty acid was 78.81% with the Iinoleie acid, oleic acid and linolenic acid as the main, the content of linoleie acid, oleic acid and linolenie acid were 47.33%, 15.66% and 115.40%, respectively. While heptadecanoic acid which was detected seldom in other plant oils has anticancer function, the nutrition and health value of Wuhe wild soybean oil was higher and it had better development and utilization prospect.%研究五河野生大豆油的脂肪酸组成,为开展优质大豆育种、研究大豆种质资源和开发利用野生大豆油等提供理论依据。采用索氏抽提法提取豆油中的脂肪,运用气相色谱——质谱联用(GC/MS)技术对其脂肪酸组分进行分析。结果表明,五河野生大豆中共检出12种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量为78.81%,以亚油酸、油酸、亚麻酸为主,其含量分别为47.33%、15.66%,15.40%,该油脂中还含有其它植物中很少见的脂肪酸十七烷酸,该油脂具有抗癌功能。该油脂具有较高的营养保健作用和很好的开发应用前景。
