超临界CO2萃取紫玉盘叶挥发油化学成分分析

         

摘要

[目的]研究紫玉盘(Uvaria microcarpa Champ.ex Benth)叶挥发油的化学成分.[方法]采用超临界CO2萃取法提取紫玉盘叶挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行分离鉴定.[结果]从紫玉盘叶挥发油中共分离出58个色谱峰,鉴定出37个化合物,占总量的89.70%,主要成分是亚油酸、棕榈酸、邻苯二甲酸单(2-乙基)已醇酯、双环吉玛烯和苯甲酸.[结论]超临界CO2萃取法提取与水蒸气蒸馏法提取紫玉盘叶挥发油的的化学成分有明显的差异.%[Objective] To study the chemical components of volatile oils from leaves of Uvaria microcarpa Champ, ex Benth. [ Method] Volatile oils were extracted from leaves of Uvaria microcarpa Champ, ex Benth by supercritical fluid CO2 extraction (SFE-CO2), and then their chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS. [ Result] 58 chromatographic peaks were isolated from leaves oWvaria microcarpa Champ, ex Benth, among which 37 compounds were identified occupying 89.70% of the total volatile oils, mainly referred to linoleic acid, palmitic acid, mono (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, bicyclogermacrene and benzoic acid. [Conclusion] There were obvious differences in chemical components of (volatile oils extracted by SFE-CO2 and steam distillation.
