采棉头锥齿轮系统动态强迫振动响应数值分析研究

         

摘要

针对国产采棉头核心工作部件锥齿轮传动系统在工作中存在复杂振动问题,以整个采棉头锥齿轮系统为研究对象,建立包括锥齿轮结构系统和传动系统的完整齿轮系统的动态分析模型;应用有限元数值分析方法,求解出采棉头锥齿轮系统的固有特性分析结果;应用多体动力学相对坐标系运动方程理论和完全递归算法,求解出锥轮齿系统的动态激励力;以锥齿轮系统固有特性分析结果为基础,锥轮齿动态激励力作为齿轮系统的动态分析的边界条件施加在锥轮齿啮合线上,应用 NASTRAN 求解器的响应仿真分析模块评估出齿轮系统的强迫振动响应,求解出箱体上节点的速度、加速度和力的传递性,并输出相对于指定输入节点处强迫运动的速度频率响应、加速度频率响应和单位力载荷的频率响应。研究结果可为国产采棉头锥齿轮系统减振和提高使用寿命提供理论依据。%In view of complex vibration problems existed in the core component of domestic cotton -picking head bevel gear transmission system at work, by taking the whole cotton picker ’ s bevel gear system as the research object , establis-hing a dynamic analytical model which includes the structural system of bevel gear and complete gear system of drive sys -tem ,employing numerical analysis of finite element method , modal analysis result of cotton picker’ s bevel gear system is worked out;by relative coordinate motion equation theory of multi -body dynamics and complete recursive algorithm , dy-namic exciting force of bevel gear system can be figured out ;based on modal analysis result of cotton picker ’ s bevel gear system, exciting force of bevel gear system is exerted to meshing line of bevel gear as boundary condition of dynamic anal -ysis of bevel gear system , then forced vibration response of gear system evaluated by applying response simulation analysis module of NASTRAN solver , thus speed , accelerated speed of node on the box , and transmissibility of force can be worked out with speed frequency response , accelerated speed frequency response and frequency response of unit force load .The study results provide theory basis for designing the domestic cotton picker ’ s bevel gear system with damper and increasing the service life .
