韩愈的教育思想及其对成人教育教师专业发展的启示

摘要

HanYu’seducationalideologyisnotonlyveryrich,butalsohasfar reachinginfluence. Hiseducationalideologyisnodoubtatreasureheritageineducationhistory,andithasmuchrevelation toseveralproblemsofmodernadulteducation,includingtheprofessionaldevelopmentofadulteducation teachers.Firstly,thispaperhighlightsHanYu’seducationalideologyfromfouraspects,educational purpose,responsibilities of teachers,educational methods and relationship between teachers and students.Then,itsrevelationtotheprofessionaldevelopmentofadulteducationteachersissummarized also from four aspects, professional morality,professional knowledge,professional skills and professionalemotions.%　　韩愈的教育思想内容丰富，影响深远，不仅是我国教育思想史上的瑰宝，而且对当今成人教育教师专业发展具有启发和借鉴意义。本文首先从教育目的、教师职责、教学方法和师生关系这四点入手探究韩愈的教育思想，进而从专业道德、专业知识、专业技能和专业情感四个方面揭示其对成人教育教师专业发展的启示。
