高校成人教师职业高原现象的成因及对策

             

摘要

Occupation plateau phenomenon is a common phenomenon in the occupation career that individuals faced ,and adult teachers are also not exceptional .Occupation plateau phenomenon restricts the pro-fessional development of adult teachers in a certain extent ,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of adult education .T hrough the discussion of the characteristics and causes of adult teacher ’s occupation plateau to find effective strategies to prevent and alleviate occupation plateau phenomenon of adult teachers from the in -dividual ,university and social aspects ,which is not only helps to the career development of adult teachers occupation ,but also has a far reaching significance in improving the quality of teaching in universities .%职业高原现象是个体在职业生涯中所面临的一种普遍现象,高校成人教师也不例外。职业高原现象既在一定程度上制约着高校成人教师的专业发展,又不利于高校成人教育事业的可持续发展。通过对高校成人教师职业高原特征、成因的探讨,从个人、高校和社会等方面寻找预防与缓解成人教师职业高原现象的有效策略,不但有助于高校成人教师的职业生涯发展,而且对提高高校教学质量也有着深远的意义。
